After several hours on the autoroute, I arrived at San Sebastian, the most beautiful basque town.
Unfortunately, it was not that easy to find my pension since the map I had wasn`t good enough. I tried
to use the bloody phone which you have to put 60 cents in advance. I called Isabelle who is the host of
the pension and she said she had given me the wrong address. So, I was told to go to another place which belongs
to her mother and I have to get there by taxi. I jumped on the taxi and tried to tell him I can`t speak Spanish
and I don`t know the exact place I was going. All I have was a vague address avec une grande mere etrangee.
The old lady is quite nice. She gave me the keys and asked me not to bring any other people back. My room was only allowed for one person.
She also told me I could have a map from her daughter`s place if I need one. She kindly explained how to go to her daughter`s place and she said
when I got there just shout "Mapa!!" on the answer machine.
The most interesting thing was she said everything in Spainsh and I understood perfectly.
As the evening approaching, the party-phenonment was gradually emerged on the street. There were more and more people hanging around.
I took a bus from Ondarreta to the Parte Vieja which costs only 0.95 euro. There were plenty of pensions and restaurants.
Some artists were playing some interesting instruments on the street and some were just singing. There seemed to be some kind of juvenile camping tours, therefore
teenagers were almost everywhere.
I was guieded to a net-cafe which is said to be owned by the kindest person in the world by my "Allons". I wrote Itizia who, is a friend of Gonzalo`s sister, to
tell her that I arrived safely but desperatly hungry. Hope she would reply and introduce me something cool here.
The first dinner wasn`t easy.
Since it was the first day here, I have been too shy to eat in a resturant which was full of people. I tried to find some decent and quiet place to eat but I failed.
It was 9 o`clock and I was bloody hungry. But, I was determined. I would not go to McDonald`s. I was very determined to have some pasta and cerveza for dinner.
After an hour struggling desperately, I found a restaurant which was not full.

"Tortilla~~" ,was probably the only word occured in my mind. The waitress was very kind and she asked me if I needed anything else but in Spanish.
I magically understood as I had understood what Isabelle`s mom talking about.
It was a long and tiring day. I came from Bilbao to San Sebastian.
